The legal documents were first received and published by HollywoodLife and prove that Josh Duggar really wants to be a free man again – at least until his trial!
This came after the 19 Kids and Counting star was arrested last week for possession of child pornography.
The man applied for release because he wants to be home with his wife Anna, who is currently expecting their seventh baby.

The first page of the document states that Josh is willing to meet any conditions associated with this possible deposit.
He promised to appear at future hearings and assured the court that he could not pose a flight risk because he was a reality TV star and his face was recognizable.
Not only that, but the newspapers show shockingly that he had been aware of this federal investigation since 2019.
One section stated that he “has no criminal convictions and has been aware of this federal criminal investigation since November 2019 when Homeland Security Investigations conducted a search of Duggar’s former workplace.”
Apparently Josh Duggar knew about the investigation for no less than 17 months.
The documents also state that the “Bail Reform Act” requires that a court “should consider that only a limited group of offenders should be denied bail pending trial”.
If convicted, Josh is behind bars for 20 years.
This new and shocking scandal comes after Josh admitted molesting his sisters as teenagers in 2015.
Since the limitation period had expired at this point in time, there were no legal consequences for his actions.
