Two deaf rappers will make history at halftime at Super Bowl 56.
Detroit-based American Sign Language (ASL) artists Sean Forbes and Warren Snipe will perform songs from headliners Dr. Dre, Eminem, Snoop Dog, Kendrick Lamar and Mary J. Blige interpret in sign language.
Variety reports that actress Sandra Mae Frank will sing the national anthem and “America the Beautiful” in sign language.
This is the first time in 56 years of the Super Bowl that sign language will be incorporated into the halftime performances.
The halftime show will take place on Sunday, February 13 during Super Bowl LVI at SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, California.
