One of the NFL’s fastest players brings his speed to South Beach. According to Adam Schefter, the Kansas City Chiefs traded Tyreek Hill to the Miami Dolphins for a hall with draft capital. The Dolphins will sign Hill to a new four-year, $120 million deal as part of the deal.
Hill posted a suicide note to the Chiefs and their fans on Twitter later Wednesday:
A six-time Pro Bowler and three-time first-team All-Pro, Hill helped the Chiefs win Super Bowl LIV following the 2019 season.
Reports of the Chiefs’ shopping hill began Wednesday morning as contract talks between the two sides stalled. The Chiefs made an offer that would have made Hill one of the highest-paid wideouts in the NFL, but the superstar said he chose to look his options elsewhereNFL Network’s Ian Rapoport.
Hill will be looking to help a talented Miami Wide Receivers Corp get over the hill with a talented and questionable quarterback in Tua Tagovailoa.
Hill will want to prove he’s a top 3 wide receiver in the league and not a product of a Kansas City system.
