Bobby Shmurda wants to work with Adele.
The Brooklyn rapper shocked fans when he and the singer of “Easy on Me” proposed a “strip club anthem”. He tried to bring his wild idea to life on Twitter.
“You know what the world needs…. #BobbyShmurda & #Adele to make a strip club anthem, “Bobby tweeted next to the laughing face emoji.
He also praised the 15-time Grammy winner, adding, “Your voice just inspires you.”
Despite the unlikely likelihood of a collaboration, Bobby’s fans shared their support for the idea. “Would be a classic straight away,” tweeted one of his followers, while an Adele fan added: “I am proud to support this.”

Adele didn’t respond to Bobby’s collaboration request, but given her track record, this could prove to be a difficult task. She rarely works with other artists, although she and Chris Stapleton recorded a remix of their chart top hit “Easy on Me” from the deluxe edition of their album 30thwhich is expected to debut at number 1 on the Billboard 200 with the biggest week of sales of the year.
In the meantime, Bobby has released his own music. Earlier this month he released his strip-club-ready single “Splash”.
