Ciara is coming.
Three years have passed since her last album, but Ciara is about to make her musical return. The singer reveals she’s finished recording her eighth studio album.
“I’m working on my album, I’m actually done with my album, which I’m excited about,” she said in a recent interview with The Associated Press.
She has already filmed a video for the first single entitled “Jump”. She recently appeared on the set of the video with Dave Meyers, who directed the video for “Lose Control,” her Grammy-winning collaboration with Missy Elliott.
Ciara released her album in May 2019 beauty marks through her independent label Beauty Marks Entertainment. The project included appearances from Kelly Rowland and Macklemore.
While fans wait for new music, Ciara pursues her dreams. Russell Wilson’s wife landed on the coveted cover of Sports Illustrated Swimsuit edition.
The power couple who launched their children’s book Why not you? in March, continue to be a force. They recently bought a $25 million home in Denver after the 33-year-old quarterback was traded from the Seattle Seahawks.
