City Girls have a big confession.
The Miami duo have hired Usher for their next single. JT and Yung Miami unveiled the superstar feature on the red carpet at Sunday’s Billboard Music Awards.
“We have a new single with Usher,” Miami told Billboard.
Though they didn’t reveal the title, JT described it as a “party record, fun record, cook-party record.” “Grown up, big fan of Usher. I can’t wait for everyone to hear the record,” she added.
They didn’t say when it started, just teased that it’s “coming soon.”
In March, the group released their latest single “Top Notch” with Fivio Foreign as they completed their first project since 2020 City at the Castle.
They will join Jack Harlow on his Come Home the Kids See You Tour this fall. The Arena Trek begins September 6th with stops in Nashville, Los Angeles, Miami, San Diego and more and ends October 16th in Atlanta.
When asked what fans can expect from her live show, JT said, “A lot of ass shaking.” “It’s going to be bang, then y’all calm down,” she joked.
During her presentation at the Billboard Music Awards, JT went viral after apparently having a wardrobe malfunction. However, she denied speculation that she was showing too much skin. “I’m wearing black panties RELAX,” she tweeted.
