Just about eight months after releasing his full-length studio album murder made meFredo Bang follows up Two Face Bang 2,a mixtape that serves as a follow-up to his acclaimed 2018 project 2 face bang . 2FB is often referred to as the ribbon that put Baton Rouge, La.-bred rhymer, on the map. Led by two tracks released earlier this year, “Federal Raid” and “No Love”. Two face bang 2 Mixtape features guest appearances from game heavyweights such as Roddy Ricch, Sleepy Hallow and YNW Melly. Since announcing the album via Instagram in March, Fredo has been dropping hints and teasers to get fans excited about the album 2 face bang Continued and was recently listed as one of the many artists vying for the coveted 10th place in the 2022 XXL Freshman class.
A year after he released his Built for whateverAlbum is back with a new mixtape entitled Tee Grizzley Half tee, half beast . The Detroit rapper’s latest project includes 17 tracks. Tee elaborates on the features of that film, only having guest appearances from Quality Control’s Lakeyah and Tee’s brother Baby Grizzley. On the production side, the former XXLFreshman taps DA Got That Dope and others to compose the hard-body collections of songs.
After announcing the project in February 2022, Leikeli47 has honored us with the release of To get in shape . The release is hailed as the third and final album in their self-care series Wash & fixand acrylicwhich fell in 2017 and 2018 respectively. To get in shape consists of 14 tracks with a very limited number of guest appearances and includes three previously released tracks: “Chitty Bang”, “BITM” and “LL Cool J”.
Los Angeles MC Airplane James hit us with his brand new EP Restraining Pain. The project marks the South Central, California native’s second offering in 2022 following the release of his Who TF is Airplane James 2EP. The aforementioned work included features from fellow Los Angeles native Bino Rideaux and Diamond Lane Music Group labelmate Problem. A trailer for theRestraining PainOn EP, Airplane James showcases his impressive rhyming skills over a gentle soul sample in an ode to the women who hail from his beloved hometown of Los Angeles.
