G-Eazy will avoid jail time after hitting a plea deal in his personal injury case.
The rapper “No Limit” appeared Monday in a New York courtroom where he pleaded guilty to lesser charges of misconduct after a brawl in a New York City nightclub. He was originally charged with assault and placed on a diversion program.
According to TMZ, G-Eazy is required to complete three Manhattan Justice Opportunities sessions, which involve meeting social workers and case managers to get people on the right track.
In September, G-Eazy was arrested after he and his crew were accused of quarreling with another group of men in the Boom Boom Room of the NYC Standard Hotel. During the scuffle, someone from G-Eazy’s crew is said to have hit celebrity Daniel Chetrit on the head with a bottle. The argument moved outside, where G-Eazy allegedly hit another man on the head.
He was taken into custody and told to stay away from the alleged victims. A protective order remains in place.
G-Eazy who released his newest album These things happen too in September, will be due in court again in January.
