It is that end of an era for Iggy Azalea.
The Australian rapper is taking a break from music after the release of her next album. Iggy announced on Twitter that she plans to take a few years to explore other creative projects “beyond music”.
“end of an era is so special to me because after I release my album next month it will take me a couple of years to focus on other creative projects and things that I feel passionate and inspired by, beyond music, ”she tweeted . “I am happy that you will see other sides of me in the future.”
Shifting my energy and focus to what I am most looking forward to is right for me and I hope that you will continue to support all of the creative projects I do out here!
I really love this album and I just want my fans to enjoy it with me. Hope to see so many of you on tour!

She hasn’t said exactly what she’s going to do next, but she hopes her fans will continue to support her. “Shifting my energy and focus to what I’m looking forward to the most is right for me and I hope you continue to support all of the creative projects I do out here!”
But first Iggy will release her new album end of an era in August. “I really love this album and I just want my fans to enjoy it with me,” she added.
The project has already produced the single “Iam The Stripclub”. In April she released two tracks, “Brazil” and “Sip It” with Tyga.
Before her musical break, Iggy will be on his “I Feel Good Tour” with Pitbull, which starts on August 20th.
