Teyana Taylor puts her fans first.
While performing on her “Last Rose Petal … Farewell Tour” in LA on Monday night, the R&B singer paused her concert to check on a concert goer.
“Is she okay? Bring her here,” a concerned Teyana can be heard telling the crowd in the clip.
It also apparently alluded to the legal action Travis Scott is facing following the tragedy at his Astroworld festival that left eight deaths and hundreds injured.
“We’re not doing that, come on. No, no, no, no, “added Teyana. “I’m about to retire. You won’t sue me baby I want to make sure you’re okay, baby. “
Security picked the female fan out of the crowd while Teyana checked her wellbeing. “Make sure she gets some air … Are you okay?” She asked before telling the fan to say “rose petal”. “Okay baby you are good.”
Then she went on to the show, which is the second stop on her “Last Rose Petal … Farewell Tour”. The nationwide trek ends in Atlanta on November 30th.
In the days following the deadly Astroworld festival, more than a dozen lawsuits were filed, including one from the family of a 9-year-old boy who was trampled and fighting for his life during the onslaught.
During Monday’s show, Teyana also brought her daughter Junie to perform “Come Back to Me.”
