Another week means a new set of heats to set your mood for the weekend. Today (July 9th) there is new music from a charismatic and comedic rapper from the west coast, a veteran MC from Yonkers, NY, and an anecdotal rhyme that portrays the DMV region.
Vince Staples releases his self-titled album, which is his first full-length joint in three years. The 10-track LP offers an insight into the life of the rapper, who grew up in Long Beach, California, but also into his satirical psyche, which helps him to get through the ups and downs of everyday life. The album’s lead single, Law of Averages, was released weeks ahead of the full album on June 17th. And while there are no guest appearances on the project, it is produced by Kenny Beats. Commenting on Vince’s latest work, he said, “There really is a lot more information about me that wasn’t available before. That’s why I chose this title. I feel like I was trying to tell the same story In life, the way you look at things changes. This is another way of looking at myself that I may not have had before. ”A few hours ago, Vince tweeted that“ we were trying to do something special ”on the new LP.
Styles P also delivers a new project called Ghosting. The ominous MC announced the album for the first time on Monday (July 5th) on Instagram and shared the artwork of the effort with a caption that read: “Dealing with little things like album of the year would not suit my character! Mortals .. 😭😭😭 IM A FUXN GHOST … I’m here to give you bars that will last a lifetime !! will be available to everyone …. “The LP contains a total of 14 tracks and is produced by Styles himself and his manager Hovain as executive producer.
