YoungBoy Never Broke Again has released a new song called “I Hate YoungBoy” and he’s not holding himself back from anyone.
This afternoon (February 22nd) YoungBoy released the track on his YouTube in an apparent reaction to Lil Durk releasing a single “AHHH HA” earlier today. Though Durk never mentioned YoungBoy’s name in his song, there were instances that seemed to relate to the pair’s past.
YoungBoy also doesn’t mention Durk’s name in “I Hate YoungBoy,” but directly dissects Chicago rapper India’s fiancé and Gucci Mane, and appears to acknowledge King Von’s death.
“He called me a bitch, that’s India, that’s your bitch,” he raps at the beginning of the track.
A few lines later, he drops Gucci Mane’s name: “Used to fuck with Gucci ’til I seen he like them pussy n****s.”
He also seems to address Durk and Von’s deaths: “Pussy n***a dissin’ me, mad about his dead homie.”
YoungBoy is currently on house arrest in California awaiting trial on his state firearms case, and this isn’t the first time he’s shot someone since he was in lockdown. Based on the bars in this new track, it seems like YoungBoy isn’t worried about the potential impact.
“‘YoungBoy, they gon’ kill you, you better stop dissin’ them’,” he raps. “Tell ’em n****s, ‘Fuck ’em’, man / They know I ain’t scared of ’em / How you talk shit when nothing about your cousin nem died?”
YoungBoy seemed to mention King Von’s tragic death in a previous album, Bring the Hook, which came out last month and drew a reaction from Lil Durk and Von’s sister.
